About Mystic Rose

In 2015, The Mystic Rose Academy opened its doors in the heart of Kangemi with a mission to provide a holistic education under the able leadership of our director John Gathogo and the headteacher Nelius Nyambura. Starting with just two learners, Mary Ann and Kevin Kihugu, we have grown through hard work and determination.

After three years at PEFA church, we moved to our current premises in August 2017, providing a conducive learning environment based on strong Christian values. Our academic program nurtures well-rounded children aligned with the government’s CBC curriculum, supported by a dedicated team of 11 teachers, of which 8 are trained.

We proudly participate in extracurricular activities like music and scouting, achieving success in the Kenya Music Festival and excelling in scouting under Mr. Brian. As we celebrate the 9th graduation ceremony, we are grateful for the PP2 class of 2023 and wish them the best as they transition to primary school.
